9/28/2007 Oooh Aaah a little bit more

Friday we went over Sunrise Diner after hanging out at Lydia's house, for a little bit, she's been sick and needed some cheering up.


Nicole and I decided to mess around with our leftovers


Our winning Top Chef entry, the black pepper chocolate/whipped cream puree will accent the subtle flavors of the Iceberg lettuce, which enhanced by the chicken bones adding to thea whimsical structure of the entire plate.


Billy stares at our culinary masterpiece, he's not impressed
