In an effort to push myself a little further, I started going to the weight room at the gym in addition to the cardio I've been doing for so long. The weight room is straight up dude city, with the random girl or 2. It's super nerve racking to step into, but giggle inducing because I always think about the Olivia Newton-John video for 'Physical'.
