The girl groups of today don't have the guts to do songs like this. Vanity 6 went through changes (ohai Appollonia!) and didn't last very long, but still they managed to make enough of an impact, thanks to Prince. Too bad Nicole Sherzinger of the Pussycat Dolls was born about 20 years late, Prince would've totally taken her under his wing.
I love that Prince does the voice of the girl on the other line.
